Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the returned goods have arrived at our premises.

For this repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please return the goods in their original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged or heavily soiled (e.g. with oil), we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount if a loss in value has occurred.

 

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

According to § 18 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods in particular:

• Electronic components and control units
• Items that have already been installed, used, or put into operation
• Goods whose seal has been removed after delivery and which are not suitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons
