The DQ200 Oil Service Kit 0AM/0CW is our complete oil change package for the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission DQ200 (0AM / 0CW). It contains all oils in the correct quantities as well as the screw plugs required for professional mechatronics servicing - giving you everything you need for a full DQ200 oil service in a single order. 

Why a complete kit instead of individual items?

The DQ200 features two completely separate oil circuits that require different fluids:

1. Mechatronics hydraulic circuit -  requires a specialized central hydraulic fluid (ZHS / green) complying with VAG G 004 000 M2 / VW TL 52 146
2. Mechanical gear train -  requires an API GL-4 transmission fluid complying with VAG G 052 512 / G 052 171 (among others)

These two fluids must never be mixed and are serviced via separate drain and fill points. With our kit, you receive both fluids in the exact required specification and volume - eliminating the risk of mix-ups and avoiding reorders mid-job.

Kit contents:

• 1× MECHATRONIC FLUID EVO for DQ200 (1 litre) Fully synthetic special hydraulic fluid (ZHS, green) for the hydraulic unit / mechatronics. Complies with VAG G 004 000 M2 and VW TL 52 146.
• 2× GEARBOX FLUID EVO for DQ200 (1 litre each, 2 litres total) Fully synthetic high-performance gear oil (API GL-4 / GL-4+) for the mechanical gear set of the DQ200. The actual fill capacity of the gear section ranges between 1.7 and 1.9 litres depending on the model year – the 2 litres in the kit comfortably cover the required volume with sufficient reserve for losses during filling.
• 2× Screw plugs for the mechatronics drain and fill ports Brand-new, with sealing ring - for reliable resealing following the mechatronics fluid change. Replacing the factory plugs during every fluid service ensures long-term leak prevention.

Both fluids are proprietary developments by Langwieser Performance, formulated and bottled in Austria. They are tailored specifically to the demands of the DQ200 – ensuring stable friction characteristics in the clutch pack, crisp mechatronics response times, and maximum wear protection for gears and bearings.

Service notice:

Servicing the DQ200 requires technical expertise, suitable workshop equipment, and strict adherence to the manufacturer's service procedures (including basic adaptation settings via VCDS/ODIS post-service).
