Set of Bosch hydraulic pressure sensors in the new generation for the professional repair of the transmission control unit (mechatronic unit) on the 7-speed DSG DQ381 and DQ500 with Bosch control unit. Fixes electronic faults on the clutch pressure sensors K1 and K2. The revised version offers optimized signal stability as well as increased temperature and pressure resistance compared to the previous sensor generation.

Typical symptoms and fault codes:
A failure of the clutch pressure sensors typically puts the transmission into limp mode. This set fixes the known sensor faults:
- P173500 / P1735 - Clutch position sensor 1 (K1): electrical fault
- P173600 / P1736 - Clutch position sensor 2 (K2): electrical fault
- Instrument cluster warning "Gearbox malfunction: You can continue driving" or loss of individual gears (e.g. odd/even gears, reverse)
Important note on size:
The new-generation sensors differ minimally in size from the original OEM version. To ensure they sit perfectly centered and flush in the hydraulic housing, the set includes matching adapter rings and all 4 required seals for a complete and reliable seal.

Important:
This set is only suitable for mechatronic units with a Bosch control unit. Control units from other manufacturers (e.g. Continental) require a different sensor variant.

Do these sensors need to be replaced in pairs?
Yes. It is recommended to replace them in pairs. In most cases, both sensors provide differing readings.
How can you determine whether the sensors are actually defective?
In addition to the error codes, you can read the measured values from the control module.
Turn on the ignition and check the actual clutch pressure values K1 and K2.
If these values are in the negative range below -0.3 bar or lower, this is a clear indication that the sensors are defective.
What should be kept in mind after installation?
All learned values must be reset.
Afterward, it is necessary to adapt the clutch characteristic curve and perform the basic adjustment.
