Important Information Regarding Deadlines:

• The statutory 14-day period for submitting a cancellation notice begins upon completion of the order or receipt of the goods.
• Submitting this form by clicking the “Confirm Cancellation” button starts the 14-day statutory period within which the goods must be returned to us.

After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email, which will also include the date, time, and content of your cancellation. Your request will then be recorded and reviewed by one of our employees for further processing, and we will explain the next steps for returning the goods directly in the confirmation email.
