We are expanding our range with the new generation of Bosch hydraulic pressure sensors for the 7-speed DSG gearboxes DQ381 and DQ500. The revised version offers technical improvements and enables a targeted repair in the event of defects of the clutch pressure sensors.
The hydraulic pressure sensors of the Bosch mechatronics are a known weak point of these gearbox series. Defects can lead to error messages, shifting problems or transmission emergency mode.
Possible symptoms include transmission emergency mode, failure of individual gears or the display "Gearbox fault: Continued driving possible" in the instrument cluster.
