We’ve all been there: You’ve bought a standard oil change kit, freshly sealed the gearbox after a repair, and are ready for the final fill. But mid-process, you realize the supplied amount of oil isn’t enough. The reason is simple: standard kits are usually designed only for regular servicing (drain and fill). However, after a repair or a complete drainage, the manufacturer specifications require significantly more oil for a full refill.
The result? Blocked lifts and unnecessary downtime while waiting for backordered oil.

Many of our customers have shared this exact problem with us. We’ve taken your concerns to heart and put together our own Langwieser Performance oil change kits, specifically tailored to the actual needs of a workshop environment.
The Solution: Service Kit vs. Repair Kit
To ensure a fill that meets manufacturer specifications, we now offer two distinct versions of our sets:
- The Service Kit: Perfectly measured for regular maintenance intervals.
- The Repair Kit: Featuring an increased oil volume for gearboxes that require a full refill after a complete overhaul or repair.
Now available for DQ250, DQ381, and DQ500
We are launching this series with specialized kits for the most common DSG types. Each set contains our own DoubleShift Fluid EVO, which we developed for maximum durability and optimized friction coefficients.
- DQ250 (6-speed): Suitable for 02E / 0D9 transmissions.
- DQ381 & DQ500 (7-speed): The solution for high-performance applications.
