While standard oils often reach their limits, DoubleShift Fluid EVO offers significantly increased thermal stability and ensures:

Choose your maintenance package: Standard service or refill
Before you begin maintenance, please select the option that best suits your needs. We offer the kit in two versions to cover both regular service and extensive repairs:
Set 1: Regular Oil Change (6 liters)
Designed for the regular maintenance interval (every 60,000 km). This quantity is optimally sized to precisely perform the filter change and the subsequent level check via the overflow tube.
Contents: 6x 1L DoubleShift Fluid EVO, 1x Mahle filter, 1x VW sealing ring.
Set 2: Refill after repair (8 liters)
Required for an initial fill after a transmission overhaul, a clutch replacement, or after removing the mechatronics. Since a completely drained DQ250 has a total volume of approx. 7.2 liters, this set provides the necessary additional quantity for a proper fill.
Contents: 8x 1L DoubleShift Fluid EVO, 1x Mahle filter, 1x VW sealing ring.

Important technical note:
The final oil level check must be performed when the transmission oil temperature is between 35°C and 45°C. This is the only way to ensure that the correct fill volume is achieved, thereby guaranteeing continuous cooling of the clutches and lubrication of the mechanical components.
