Corteco HT200C is a high-performance, single-component silicone sealant specifically developed to meet the extreme demands of transmission and differential repairs. As a neutral-curing specialty silicone, it is the first choice for professionals when it comes to permanently sealing housing flanges exposed to constant vibration and chemically aggressive oils.
Whether for the complete overhaul of manual transmissions, sealing axle drives, or differential covers - the HT200C forms a high-strength yet permanently elastic seal that reliably bridges micro-cracks and remains absolutely leak-free even under mechanical stress.

The HT200C is a true all-rounder for workshops, motorsports, and industry:
- Transmissions: Housing halves, shift covers, transmission bells, and power take-offs.
- Differential: Housing covers and flange connections on the axle drive.
- Engine: Oil pans, valve covers, and housings of auxiliary units.
- Cooling system: Thermostat housings and water pump flanges.
- Industry: Sealing of pump housings, flanges, and gearboxes in mechanical engineering.
Technical Data & Application
- Base: Silicone (neutral-curing)
- Color: White
- Skin formation time: approx. 5–15 minutes
- Curing rate: approx. 2 mm per 24 hours (depending on humidity and temperature)
- Application: The sealing surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Apply the sealant to one side, join the components within the skin formation time, and fasten according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Important Note: HT200C is not suitable for sealing fuel lines or for prolonged contact with gasoline/diesel. Also, do not use as a replacement for cylinder head gaskets.
